Commissioned to design and make the set for Titanic The Musical. The brief was to create a set that could convey the famous ocean liner whilst being economic to build, and relatively quick to assemble on stage. There was a large cast of over 40 and many different locations to represent.

Working with the director, Anita Adams and lighting designer Chris Newsome, we together were able to create something special that was felxible and didn’t require lengthy and unnecessary scene changes. The set was enhanced with the use of a video wall that used subtle animations based on Titanic’s blue prints to help represent the passage of time. Presented at The Carriageworks in Leeds by Leeds G&S.
